Bank Of America Chicago Marathon Training Program

The Bank Of America Chicago Marathon is the biggest annual sport moment in the city. Every October, 45,000 runners journey 26.2 miles through 29 neighborhoods in all 4 directions while running the People's Race. For many, that journey starts months in advance. Training is essential to every runners success on race day, and as long as Nike has been a Marathon partner, they've given runners the support to train at their best.

Working with the Bank Of America and Nike Master Trainers, I visually designed the 2018 Marathon Training Program. The 31-page plan outlines a week-by-week training progression combining speed, endurance and recovery for runners of all levels of experience, in an effort to get them running their best every step of the way.
